Objects, letters and diaries recording essential
moments in the lives of more than 80 lesbian, gay, bisexual and
transgender (LGBT) people throughout Viet Nam are on display at the
first exhibition of its kind in downtown Ha Noi.
While there is increasing acceptance of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and
transgender community following many campaigns demanding equal rights,
only half of LGBT people in the country come out to their families, a
new survey has found.
The first Vietnamese movie about bisexual love, Lac Gioi (Paradise in
Heart) produced by Tincom Media, had its premier showing on Monday in
HCM City with 800 people attending.
